Does PalmPay’s Flexi Loan have access to your contact list? Are they calling you everyday to request for your repayment? I have also experienced these issues in weeks ago. I don’t even know; I top-up my mobile phone through my PalmPay Account and after three days, I got a call from PalmPay that I should repay my loan. I was like, did I obtain a loan from you?
I quickly login to my PalmPay Account to check what’s going on. I tapped on “Loan” and I saw that I have a Flexi outstanding Loan that was used to purchase airtime. The fact is that, when I wanted to recharge, the Flexi Loan option was chose and I didn’t know about it.
In a nutshell, as I discovered that I’m owing an outstanding loan, I pay my loan and I don’t get any calls from PalmPay again.
