PalmPay is one of the leading fintech app in Nigeria that’s offering banking services to almost every households in the country. However, the app is still lacking in some features that’s already available on OPay App. Feature like ATM card is not currently available on the PalmPay App.
However, there’s alternative; QR card. PalmPay QR Card is a physical card linked to your PalmPay account. The QR card works in some ways like a debit card. The key difference is that the QR card cannot be used directly in ATMs.

How to get PalmPay QR Card
You can simply request for PalmPay QR Card in your PalmPay App or visit any PalmPay Agent near you to get a QR Card.
In other words, there are two ways to get a PalmPay QR Card: through a PalmPay Agent and visiting a PalmPay agent.
Apply for QR card from PalmPay Agent
Visit the agant and inform him or her you want to apply for a QR Card. The agent will scan a new QR card for you and collect your personal information.
He/she will then link the QR Card to your PalmPay account and activate it for you.
Applying Through the PalmPay App
- Open the PalmPay app and go to the “Me” section
- Look for the “My QR Card” option and tap on “Apply Now”
- Enter your personal information and delivery address
- Confirm the details and pay the delivery fee
- Once you receive the card, activate it within the app using the QR Card number or by scanning the card itself.
